说到Office 2010激活工具，大部分首先想到的肯定是miniKMS，最早出现的Office破解激活方法也就是使用miniKMS，也是目前最多人使用的方法（软矿博客在“Office 2010 RTM中文版破解激活方法”详细地介绍miniKMS的使用方法，也是目前点击率最高的一篇文章）。其次想到的应该是“神key”（即MAK密钥），“Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2010免序列号版”就是集成了有效的MAK密钥（目前该KEY激活次数已经用完）。但现在出现了更加方便的Office 2010激活工具，可以一键激活Microsoft Office Pro 2010。

为了证明Office 2010 Toolkit的有效性，我在虚拟机重新安装了Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2010免序列号版（集成的MAK密钥已经失效），未激活前Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2010的激活状态如下图示：

下载Office 2010 Toolkit 2.0 (地址一地址二地址三地址四），安装并以管理员身份运行，点击工具界面的“Main” 选项, 单击下面的“EZ-Activator” 按钮，工具会自动检测系统安装的Office程序并进行激活，稍后片刻，可以看到以下画面（Office was successfully actived）：

重新打开Office 2010，查看激活状态你会发现：

运行命令提示符键入cscript “%PROGRAMFILES%\Microsoft Office\Office14\ospp.vbs” /dstatus,你会发现该工具还是使用kms激活原理，180天过后需重新使用工具进行激活。不过Office 2010 Toolkit比起miniKMS就先进很多，而且它还可以激活Project 2010和Visio 2010，这足以让某些欣喜若狂。

本次测试使用的是“Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2010免序列号版”+Office 2010 Toolkit

我安装Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2010免序列号版后用这个已经激活了，但每次打开word2010 都会弹出一个窗口，说没安装宏，点上几次才消失。烦。这怎么解决。
我安装时，是自定义安装了WORD,ppt,excel.

MK，完全安装了还是不行呀；如果选管理员身份运行，提示：登陆失败用户帐户限制。可能原因包括不允许空密码登陆时间限制，或强制的策略限制。

找到原因了，因为没装Microsoft .NET Framework。先装了1.0，然后提示还要装2.0。之后，就可以运行了。

真是太神了，纠结我一天的问题终于解决了，非常谢谢楼主。提醒解决的时候先关掉防火墙，然后再以管理员身份运行。我第二次才成功了。我的系统是64位的win7，office 是cn pro plus x64的。
